Very Sharp and Useful
This apple cutter is wonderful. It is very sharp and requires little effort to use. It makes quick work of an apple pie.An essential tool!

Bought this to make an apple pie. Works nicely. The blades are sharp enough, but I hadn’t noticed that this particular slicer only makes 10 slices, not 12. (Oops.) Still, made a decent apple pie filling with it. Was able to use it on some large-ish Red Deliciouses.Handy
Hi, I got tried of using a knife to cut up my apple or trying just eatting my apple whole by bitting into it which can be distracting when i have to put the apple down to do something else. When i use my Apple Cutter, my apple is all prepared and i don’t have to worry about the Core of the apple either, by using my Apple Cutter now, it comes to me to be very Handy. -

Neat thermometer
In size, shape and use, this thermometer is like the little cheap one I got at the grocery store years ago. The reason I got it was for the instant read feature. While it doesn’t give you an immediate reading, it is very quick and much quicker than the old mechanical.This thing is awesome!
We have had all kinds of thermometers over the years — but this one is the best. It tells the temp immediately and it’s super easy to use (one of our past complaints: We lost the book to a nice digital thermometer that was so complex to use, it became almost useless). Would definitely buy again and will likely send as gifts to family members.simple, well made, works
Bought this to spot-check aquarium temperatures. Its well made, easily calibrated, and works as advertised.Barbequeing made better.

Other recommendations prompted the purchase and the thermometer lived up to expectation. The display is easy to read and simple to calibrate. Quickly learned that my refrigerator was not cooling correctly and thus needed a new compressor! (The cheap stick-on refrigerator thermostat that I was using as a monitor turned out to be reading 3 degrees too low.) Having an easy way to check food temps and storage temps has already proved to be a great health benefit. I join the others who highly recommend this fine product. -

Bill Engvall is Hilarious
Good, but very short. He is really funny and if you like any of the Blue Collar Comedy routines, this is a must see!It’s not his best for sure
I had seen 15 degrees off Cool - hilarious. So I thought I would get another DVD. It was not what I expected - it wasn’t funny at all.A decade of rubbish is more like it!!!
The whole DVD only goes for about 20 min. Four very crappy songs, not even remotely funny. Would be vastly improved by removal from retail outlets. Seen him in concert. Very good usually - what happened here?Bill Engvall - A Decade of Laughs
This is probably the dumbest DVD I ever saw. While Bill Engvall is a very funny man, this DVD was a waste of money.a DECADE, I think NOT!
Bill Engvall, is one of the Funniest Comedians in the US. However this DVD is ONLY 16 minutes long! IT is NOT a decade of Laughs but 5 (five) funny music video’s. I was VERY disappointed. Even the cover is misleading…showing heaps of different concerts…5 blinkin’ clips. Sucks. Don’t bother. If you DO want a GREAT Bill Engvall fix, Try Bill’s “15 degree’s off Cool”. Fantastic! -

Beautiful Film
This is as close as most of us will ever get to the Mekong River and the magnificant ancient ruins in the heart of Cambodia, Angkor Wat. The journey is beautiful and poignant, referring to the sad war history of the area and the friendliness of the very rural people there today, who are described as just glad not to be afraid anymore. I was surprised how huge the river is. There are photos of the 600-lb catfish who live in it, and the filmmakers were very fortunate to have captured some footage of the fresh-water dolphins, which are almost extinct.Angkor Wat is one of the great wonders of the world, a very large and complex ruin, with beautiful carvings in the stone of the buildings. The video shows them well. I would not have minded more concentration on, and closeups of, the carvings and more about their meaning.

Went (Australia) - See all my reviewsThe title of this seems to be a blend of John Swaine’s River of Time and The Churning of the Ocean of Milk, a Hindu myth depicted in bas-relief in a gallery of Angkor Wat. This is a very interesting travelogue, with the Mekong as its focus, strating the journey in Vietnamese delta and progressing to Cambodia. There are interviews with ruin restorers in the Angkor Thom complex as well as shots of the rare Mekong dolphin around Kratie. There are constant references to Copplola’s Apocalypse Now but this does not detract from the narrative. An excellent DVD.

Very funny show at reasonable price
This show is very funny, mix of fantasy and comedy. When this show was launched in DVD format some years ago, it used to cost about US$ 100. No costs only US$ 36. At this price, this is steal.Season 1 of Fun!
Slayers is an Anime Classic! Lina is one of the best charcthers ever and her supporting cast is just as cool! It’s funny, cute, and I love how it never takes itself too seriously. Love the Dub cast! And Slayers is just FUN! Now on too season 2! ^_^first season of slayers
this is one of my favorite series. it’s the story of a young frmale sorsoress and the friends she meets on her journey. there is slight sexual humor involved (mostly flatchested jokes directed at main character)it comes with both the original japanese and english dubbed language options.An old fav!
Eventhough this anime is from the 80’s (originally), it is still very funny and entertaining.AMAZING!!! A Fun ANIME TITLE that has it ALL!!!!!!!!
This is a great anime series and i’m not sure if it went on for more then 3 seasons but only 3 seasons were dubbed in English. This series has one of the best English Dubbed actors since Sailor Moon. With all the anime titles out there its hard 4 a SERIES 2 grab & keep your attention. This series kept my attention all the way to the end. Lina Inverse is dubbed by Lisa Ortiz who has such an engaging voice. This set contains all 26 episodes of season 1. I wish the art work was a bit more polished & refined but it tends to be a bit sloppy at times. For some odd reason the opening theme song seems a bit darker then i remember when it was on VHS. Anyways check this series out & its currently almost 50% which is a TOTAL bargain cause thats almost less then 1.00 per episode. If you love Sailor Moon or any fantasy type anime this is right up your alley. I LOVE IT!!!!!!
